Someren Glen offers several options for those who would benefit from support with daily living. We offer many senior apartment options including spacious studios as well as one and two bedroom assisted living apartment homes on 14 acres in a family-friendly Centennial neighborhood.
We provide an array of services, amenities and dining options to help residents feel comfortable, secure and as independent as possible. Our highly tenured staff takes the time to know each person’s needs and offers the right amount of support and life-enriching opportunities that adapt to changing needs. We offer an extra hand with daily living activities such as bathing, meal preparation, medication management, dressing, transportation, and much more.
No matter what level of assistance is needed, we tailor a personalized service plan to match each resident’s preferences, daily routine and lifestyle choices – ensuring families only pay for the services needed.
Our Rhythms Life Enrichment philosophy honors each person as a unique individual with their own history, qualities and interests. We endeavor to honor each person’s story while encouraging growth, learning and community enrichment.
This philosophy is based on four key components of healthy aging:
At Someren Glen, we believe life enrichment is a whole community responsibility. We approach life enrichment from a partnership perspective, not “doing for” our residents, but rather partnering with them to create unique community-based programming that includes their voices and preferences.

“I am a nurse who has worked in assisted living facilities. This is one of the best facilities around. One challenge that all Long Term Care facilities face is staffing. While many would say 'just pay them more', the customers (me and you) don't want to pay more, and so your option would be to hire a full/part-time aide or nurse (expensive for us). My point is that there are options. I've seen other employees serving at dinner to help out when they are short-staffed, which is incredible. They really try and really care here, and that cannot be said for all facilities. ”
