The way we move as we age plays a key role in our quality of life, and we have more control than we might think!

At Someren Glen, our research-based program helps you continue activities you love and remain as independent as possible. Someren Glen residents enjoy the benefits of our Fit4AgingWell program in their weekly fitness classes. We would like to invite you to participate and see those benefits for yourself.

Join Fitness Coordinator Lindsay Flechtner and see how we’ve incorporated the latest functional fitness research into resident fitness programs and daily life to support moving for life.

Attend one of our fitness classes any Tuesday or Thursday from January 25th through February 24th:

  • 9:00 a.m. | Total Body Fitness
  • 10:00 a.m. | Balance Class
  • 1:00 p.m. | MovMor
